The location was convenient, with easy access to the major highway and a short drive to the city centre. Staying here was an unforgettable experience. The location is convenient for travelers with a car who want to stop outside the busy center. One of the highlights during my stay was the exceptional services that exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help, speak to the manager if you need any help. From the moment I entered, I felt the hotel's exceptional hospitality and welcoming environment at the reception desk. The leisure spa & wellness center and indoor swimming pool were fantastic. The massage was a great way to relax. The sun terrace and garden area provided a peaceful environment. There are plenty of facilities available, including a business center with billiard tables, tennis court, and a kids club. The restaurant and bar area offer a refreshing welcome drink and high-quality snacks that satisfy hunger.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. The bed provided a great night's sleep, and the breakfast had a good variety of tasty options to choose from. the hotel's location was ideal as it was easily accessible from the highway and close to a beautiful forest, providing a peaceful atmosphere to relax in.
There were a few negative aspects that I encountered. there was an event happening at the hotel that was quite loud and disrupted my sleep during the day.
